Sorry for the delay in my reply but you are probably aware I am still struggling a bit with hospital visits.
Anyway to answer you question- it was taken in one of the college courtyards in Oxford. Which one and who it is I don't know, although I think it was a previous Dean of College.Sorry I cannot tell you more.
